Neurelio Shipping Policy

At Neurelio, we’re committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after processing hours or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to move orders into fulfillment as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed off to our trusted shipping partners.


Shipping Timeframes

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination, demand levels, and carrier conditions.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but reflect typical transit times

  • External factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays may affect delivery timing

Most customers receive their orders well within the estimated timeframe.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear as the carrier scans the package into their system. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow time for the system to refresh.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, Neurelio may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout. Neurelio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@neurelio.com.
Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing a few additional business days for delivery before reaching out.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Confirm the shipping address used at checkout

  • Allow up to 24 hours in case the package arrives shortly after delivery confirmation

Holidays & Peak Season Notice

During holidays or high-demand periods, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. While we continue to process orders within 24 hours, delivery timelines may extend slightly during these times.
