When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- USA, Canada, UK & EU: 7–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific & Other Regions: 5-10 business days
You’ll receive free global shipping on all orders. Delays may occasionally occur during holidays or customs inspections, but we’ll always keep you informed.
My tracking link isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear as the courier scans your parcel through each checkpoint.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@neurelio.com as soon as possible with the correct address.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all eligible products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use wellness items such as pillows, cushions, and wearable devices (including the ContourEase™ Pillow) cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Returns must include all original packaging and accessories.
