Returns Policy

At Neurelio, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

 

General Return Policy

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unopened,
  • Unused, and
  • In their original sealed packaging.

Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all eligible returns. This fee covers inspection, re‑packaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return:

Email support@neurelio.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.

Hygiene‑Sensitive Products (Non‑Returnable Once Opened)

For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on products that come into direct contact with the body once they have been opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ContourEase™ Orthopedic Memory Foam Pillow
  • CloudAlign™ Stretch Pillow

If these items are unopened and sealed, they may be returned within 30 days and are subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will replace your item at no cost.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.
