At Neurelio, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

General Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unopened,
  • Unused, and
  • In their original sealed packaging.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products (Non-Returnable)

For the health and safety of our customers, personal-use items such as the ContourEase™ Orthopedic Memory Foam Pillow and CloudAlign™ Stretch Pillow are non-returnable once shipped. This ensures every customer receives a brand-new, unused product.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on all eligible returns. This fee covers inspection, re-packaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will replace your item at no cost.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

  • Log into your account or click “View your order” in your confirmation email.
  • Select the order and item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Click Request a Return and follow the prompts.
  • We’ll review eligibility and email next steps. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
